Did the cease and desist letter than Denise Richards allegedly sent Brandi Glanville impact her attendance at the RHOBH reunion?  Seems likely…

We all know that Denise Richards sent Brandi Glanville a cease and desist letter to keep her from further discussing the alleged affair.  We also know that Brandi pays a ton in legal fees because she just can’t help herself but discuss things she’s not supposed to.  At the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion taping on Thursday, things did not go well.

Lisa Rinna posted on her Instagram that the reunion didn’t go well.  She followed that up with “I guess cease and desists work.”  Garcelle Beauvais tweeted to a fan that the reunion was “hard,” and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave complained about the long day of filming.

Lisa and Denise have been friends for 20-something years but she seemed to have no issue with selling out her friend for some screentime.  The reunion was said to be a virtual one, but a few of the cast members posted this photo which would obviously mean they were together.

Garcelle was seen prepping for the reunion, but it isn’t clear where it was filmed.  It also isn’t clear where, and if, Denise was filming.  Denise also unfollowed Lisa, Teddi, and Erika on Instagram at some point after the taping.

The big question throughout the season has been about Denise and her future with the show.  We know she signed a four-year contract, but that doesn’t mean she has to actually continue the show if she doesn’t want to.  She didn’t even want to finish filming this season, so where does she stand with things now?

If she didn’t allow discussion of her relationship with Brandi at the reunion, it doesn’t bode well for whatever happens in the next couple of episodes.  Denise seems pretty done with the whole thing, and we don’t blame her.

The next few episodes will certainly be interesting to watch given what little we know about the reunion.  Also, it is worth noting that they filmed the reunion way earlier than normal this year.  Understandable, given everything going on, but was there a bigger reason beyond that?  I’ll take off my tinfoil hat now.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9 PM ET.
