The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are still arguing about Denise Richards attendance at a BBQ and Aaron Phypers is front and center.

After Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers left Kyle Richards BBQ on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna and the rest of the women were left reeling.  While most viewers seem to side with Denise and Aaron, the rest are pretty confused about why Aaron is even involved.  It seems his involvement in the arguments is only making things worse for Denise with all of the other women.

When Denise tried to justify their departure, she said, “He deals with cancer.  This is so stupid.”  When Lisa asked where they were going, Denise said they were going to eat steak and go to a strip club.  Lisa ran back to the group to share this news like a giddy schoolgirl and obviously, their reaction was a bit taken aback.

Garcelle Beauvais, who is normally team Denise, even thought it was weird.  “Aaron talking like that was either very chivalrous, trying to protect his woman, or a bitch move getting into a women’s conversation.”  During the After Show, Erika Jayne said that Aaron was mansplaining and she didn’t appreciate how he was talking down to the group.

Aaron is obviously protecting Denise because he believes she needs to be protected from the other ladies but is he too involved?  Kyle said she felt it was weird how they left the house, but to be fair, Kyle left the BBQ at Denise’s house in the same manner?  And really, what it all comes down to is that there is nothing else to talk about besides Denise.

The RHOBH ladies are doing their classic move of trying to get rid of someone they don’t’ like.  They have decided that Denise doesn’t fit and she needs to be gone, so they will get together to oust her themselves.  It seems really obvious when they all sit around asking her embarrassing questions in a fake-sincere voice.

Perhaps if Aaron wasn’t there to defend Denise, things would be going differently for her.  While Denise is obviously upset, the ladies seem very annoyed at Aaron’s presence and constant arguing with them.  If Denise is over the drama with the group, does Aaron really need to take her spot?

The women are acting like the victims in this situation when clearly the victim is Denise.  There’s (still) some serious gaslighting going on here and Brandi Glanville (still) hasn’t shown up yet.  So, is Aaron justified in his actions, or should he back off and let Denise deal with it herself?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9 PM ET.
