RHOBH: Will Erika Jayne talk about her legal drama on the show?

With the drama surrounding Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi, fans are anxiously waiting to see if she’ll talk about her legal woes on RHOBH.

Erika Girardi, professionally known as the incomparable Erika Jayne, has found herself in the hot seat as she and ex-hubby, Tom Girardi undergo some of the worst legal troubles we have seen in a while on any of The Real Housewives franchises.  The star first joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 6 and instantly became a fan favorite! From her 24/7 glam squad, luxe closet, designer goods, Beverly Hills mansion, and high profile lawyer hubby, Erika had it all! Or at least it seemed as if she did.

The XXPEN$IVE singer has had success prior to joining the show, gaining herself a number of dance hits, however, it was her appearance on RHOBH that really catapulted her to international fame and success. Despite her lavish lifestyle, Erika Jayne is now enduring some of the hardest times, and things aren’t looking so hot!

After revealing to fans that she would be leaving her husband, Tom Girardi, after 20 years of marriage, things took a turn when it was revealed that Tom has NO money! “Maybe a couple thousand. I don’t have any money. At one point, I had about 80 million or 50 million in cash. That’s all gone. I also had a stock portfolio of about 50 million, and that’s all gone”, he said. Yikes!

As if that didn’t sound bad enough, Tom and his law firm embezzled millions after being hired to represent the families of those whose lives were lost in the 2018 Boeing 738 crash in Jakarta, Indonesia. All of Girardi’s assets were ordered to be frozen immediately, and both he and Erika, who was listed as the company’s secretary, are now facing major charges!

Considering Tom supplied Erika with millions throughout their marriage, the RHOBH star is now in hot waters and fans are hoping to see it all transpire on screen! Erika is notoriously known for being quite a private person. Viewers are no longer interested in hearing about her glam squad and designer closet and want to see a more deep and personal side to Erika, and it seems like they are finally going to get it!

Erika made it clear that her current legal woes will certainly be talked about in the upcoming season! Lisa Rinna also confirmed that Erika isn’t holding anything back and that folks should buckle up for what is going to be an absolutely insane season. As if that wasn’t good enough, Erika commented on a Bravo post detailing RHOBH as the most-watched Bravo show of 2020, saying that the show will receive even “bigger” ratings come 2021.

While we don’t know how much of her legal drama Erika will be sharing with viewers, it is confirmed that she will definitely be touching on her divorce, Tom’s infidelity and them having no money. As Bethenny Frankel would say, “MENTION IT ALL!”, and Erika plans on doing just that!
