RHOBH: Erika Girardi should have left the show when she had the chance!

Erika Girardi should have to discuss her situation on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills like she tried to force Denise Richards to do.

We suggested that it was Erika Girardi’s time to go back in September and people seemed to agree with that sentiment.  Now, Erika is embroiled in a very public divorce and a very damning lawsuit where it isn’t looking good for her.  The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star used her excessive spending and expensive lifestyle as a storyline, which was mentioned multiple times in the lawsuit. 

Since the show is currently filming, it will be hard to get around the discussion of this topic.  We know The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills don’t usually discuss anything on camera because they are lame like that, but will they be able to avoid this?  It would almost make more sense for Erika to walk away now instead of further incriminating herself and her lifestyle.

Yesterday, Us Weekly noted that Tom Girardi “requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support,” and asked that Erika pay his attorney’s fees.   Back in the initial divorce filing, Erika said, “It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserve. I request others give us that privacy as well.”  Since Erika and Tom have been accused of embezzling money from victims of a plane crash, she doesn’t really deserve any privacy at all!

Erika was adamant that Denise Richards discuss her sex life in detail on the show, simply because she was on a reality show.  Now, Erika should discuss how her life is in shambles due to her own greed, simply because she is on a reality show.  Of course, she can’t discuss an ongoing legal case on the show, but if it is a part of her life…She should have to show certain parts of it!

This will not be an easy season for Erika either way, since her lifestyle is about to change drastically.  If it is true, hopefully, she will have to pay the victims from her salary for season 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  Looking this good doesn’t come for free, right Erika?
