Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Check out Kyle Richards new clothing line, Kyle + Shahida
By Amanda Cline
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast is no stranger to high-end fashion, and Kyle Richards has taken on a new venture – creating a clothing line!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, most recent foray into fashion is making waves! Kyle has partnered with Shahida Parides to creating a clothing line called Kyle + Shahida. The line launched yesterday at New York Fashion Week and had some interesting designs. The Instagram bio doesn’t yet list a website for the clothing, but some of the looks are shown on the account.
Kyle + Shahida is described as a “women’s contemporary clothing brand” and looks a lot like what Kyle wears on a regular basis.
According to Bravo’s Lookbook, “the spring 2020 collection is full of silky frocks, floaty pants, and scarf-hemmed dresses that demand to be packed for your next exotic vacay.”
Kyle has had her own stores previously, but this is her first time actually designing clothing herself. On Sunday night, Kyle and her daughters all wore Kyle + Shahida to her first fashion show. Lisa Rinna, Teddi Mellencamp, Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, Denise Richards, and even Faye Resnick walked in the show. Kyle’s daughters, Alexia and Sofia, also walked in the show. New addition Garcelle Beauvais was in town with the ladies the night before but it is unclear if she walked in the show as well.
The event was definitely filmed for the next season so we will get to watch all of the action. The clothes look comfortable and fashionable enough, but there’s no website yet and no price point. The outfits look ready to be packed in some Louis Vuitton luggage and carted off to an exotic location (but even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes, remember?)
I wonder if Kyle named all of the pieces after her friends and co-stars like Dorit Kemsley and her Beverly Beach line. Hopefully not. Either way, it will be nice to see what happens with the brand or if it is just for a storyline.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is not currently airing on Bravo, but the drama never ends!
