As always, rumors are circulating about RHOBH  and Dorit and PK Kemsley’s bank accounts.  At this point, where there’s smoke, there has to be fire – right?

During the season finale of RHOBH, Camille Grammer called Dorit Kemsley, and her husband PK, for owing her friend a lot of money.   Camille claimed that they had taken out a massive loan that they could not repay, and were now filing for bankruptcy.

Rumors have been flying that PK owes a lot of people, a lot of money, but they deny all of it.  The Kemsley’s claim this is all in the past, but it doesn’t appear that is the case.

Last week it came out that their bank accounts had been frozen amidst the trouble, but Dorit isn’t worried.  She’s sticking with the story that she, in fact, froze her own accounts.

On Watch What Happens LiveDorit said, “It’s an ongoing issue that PK’s had, and it was our bank account that I actually stopped anything from happening.”  She claims she simply froze the account herself and the judge agreed with her, and the accounts would remain frozen until things become “more clear.”

More money, more problems

Dorit went on to say this has nothing to do with the issues Camille brought up on RHOBH.  The lawsuit claims that PK took out a loan from a former business partner, Nicos Kirzis, in 2011 for $1.2 million, and never repaid it.

PK recently paid Kirzis $250,000, but that apparently only covers the interest.  Dorit’s accounts were recently garnished $30,000, so she has simply frozen her own accounts so that doesn’t happen again!  So simple!

These aren’t the only legal troubles for the couple, either:

The court recently threw out a lawsuit from a company for $75,000 but is allowing another suit from their Beverly Beach business partner for $200,000. Another lawsuit recently brought about by The Bellagio was for $3.6 million, but they claim he only paid $1.7 million of the debt before filing bankruptcy in the UK. It appears this has since been settled.

It appears their tacky designer house of cards is beginning to fall, and there isn’t much the Kemlsey’s can do about it.  When this many people claim you owe them money for one reason or another, there is generally some truth surrounding such accusations. Good luck, Dorit and PK!
