If you follow Real Housewives news, then you are likely familiar with the case that lead to The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Jen Shah ending up with a prison sentence for wire fraud. Originally, she was set for a six and a half year sentence in a minimum security prison based in Texas. However, since then she has repeatedly seen her sentence being reduced for good behavior and activities within the prison to help other inmates.

While she was originally set for release in 2029, the date keeps moving up. Well, it turns out that as of January 15, her sentence has once again been shortened for the third time. Now, it seems as if Shah will be set free in 2026.

According to Reality Tea, it seems that Jen Shah's new release date is set for November 3. This may still be over a year away, but this release is closer than ever. In fact, she should be home in time for the 2026 holiday season. Of course, it is entirely possible that we will see her sentence shortened again, but at this point we expect her to be out of prison before the end of 2026.

Apparently, Shah has been a model prisoner and it should be interesting to see what comes next for her. She has admitted that while in prison she has been working on herself. According to her she has been doing, "journaling, homework, audio lessons, and the two-hour weekly group sessions/class," in an attempt to be a better version of herself.

For some RHOSLC fans, this news has actually started a new conversation about whether or not we could see the former housewife back on Bravo. Jen Shah was a very entertaining part of the series and it makes sense that people might want to see her back on their screens. The fact that even Meredith Marks has talked about rebuilding her relationship with Jen speaks volumes.

Could we see Jen Shah back on RHOSLC? It is entirely possible, especially if she is reconnecting with her former housewives in a significant way. And if she has a true redemption arc, that could be something viewers want to see.

Jen Shah might be released from prison in November 2026, or it could be sooner. Now we just have to wait to see what that means for her future, especially on reality TV.
