During the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 4 finale, a storm broke over the cast, with Monica Garcia exposed as being a part of the Reality Von Tease Instagram account. However, that wasn't even the biggest reveal of the episode. There was also Heather Gay seemingly confirming that the black eye that she received in season 3 came from former housewife, Jen Shah.

While Jen Shah may be serving time in prison, that doesn't mean that she is oblivious to what is happening on the outside. And she refuses to back down when it comes to being accused of being the cause of Gay's black eye.

On social media, Shah's team is speaking on her behalf and they made it clear that they would not put up with what they consider to be defamation and slander. As Reality Tea reports, a rep for Jen Shah stated, "If in the final cut of the three-part ‘RHOSLC’ reunion, Heather makes any direct reference to Jen Shah giving her the black eye, legal action will be taken by the Shah family against Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, Bravo, Shed Media, and Heather for slander and defamation."

Jen Shah and her family make it clear that they will sue for defamation if accusations are made against her that she caused Heather Gay's black eye

Basically, if Heather Gay, Andy Cohen, or Bravo outright say that Jen Shah caused the black eye that Gay received in season 3, Shah and her reps will pursue legal action. Although Heather did not specifically say that Jen caused her black eye in the Season 4 finale, it was heavily implied. However, if those words leave her mouth at all during the reunion, that is when legal action will happen.

Obviously, the reunion episodes of RHOSLC have already been filmed, so if they did come out and say that Jen Shah did it, there is no going back at this point. But will Jen be able to prove slander or defamation? We don't really know.

All things considered, it will be interesting to see how everything plays out on RHOSLC and with Heather Gay now that she is backtracking on her assertion that she "doesn't remember" what happened.
