The Real Housewives of Atlanta has lost another one.

Who has left The Real Housewives of Atlanta?

Marlo Hampton, who first joined RHOA as a friend of the housewives in season 4 before alternating between friend and guest throughout a number of seasons before joining as a main cast member for seasons 14 and 15 has announced that she's leaving the series.

Marlo Hampton exclusively told PEOPLE that her contract with Bravo ended with season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and that she won't be back for the upcoming season.

"This break from RHOA is a fresh start, allowing me the space to participate in new creative entertainment projects focused on my future, and not reliving my past," she said in her statement to PEOPLE. She added that she's thankful for Bravo giving her the opportunity to bring awareness to foster care and her business ventures and said that her main focus after leaving RHOA is to spend time being a role model for her nephews.

"I am focused on my representation in their eyes and getting back to showing my multifaceted lifestyle of philanthropy, fashion, and fabulosity!"

It's no surprise that yet another RHOA star has announced their departure from the series. Ahead of season 16, there have been a number of cast shakeups, including longtime star Kandi Burruss announcing that she's leaving the show, Porsha Williams has announced she's returning after two seasons off the show, and Kenya Moore has officially shut down the rumors that NeNe Leakes might return.

Is RHOA season 16 going to be a full reboot?

There are rumors among Bravo fans that the network might be doing a full RHONY-style reboot of RHOA after season 15 was less successful than they had hoped for.

While many fans don't think that a full reboot is in the works, some fans think that Bravo might give RHOA the RHOM treatment and slightly revamp the show, which would explain so many of the housewives departing from the show while others are coming back.

LoveBScott first reported that a major reboot or revamp could be coming in August of 2023 and it seems like that rumor might have some weight to it as a source close to Bravo also told Entertainment Tonight that big changes are coming for The Real Housewives of Atlanta that same month.
