Britney Spears is absolutely butt naked by an outdoor bathtub as she celebrates dad Jamie Spears finally being suspended as her conservator. The 39-year-old princess of pop is currently front-page news for seeing her 13-year conservatorship take a better turn – while the “Toxic” singer’s father is no longer controlling her, she is still with a conservator, but one appointed by her own legal team.

Celebrating on Instagram ahead of the weekend, the blonde bombshell stripped right down to her birthday suit, even needing to use tiny petal emoji to cover her private parts.

Fans saw Spears showing off her iconic figure with zero clothing as she struck poses by a swish-looking tub and on decking, with the golden tan as much on show as the famous curves.

Britney made sure she stayed inside Instagram’s rules as three pink emoji protected her modesty up top and down below.

The gallery also included a stunning beach snap as Britney made her way towards the shore and wore only red bikini bottoms, with the final slides returning to the bath setting for yet more nudity.

Taking to her caption as she addressed her 34.2 million followers, Britney wrote: “Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody 😉💋🙊 !!!! Pssss no photo edits … the tub curves 😂😂😬😬 !!!”

The post has now gained over 2.8 million likes as fans and celebrities alike join Spears in celebrating the news. “#freethenipple” came from Sam Asghari, whom Britney is now engaged to, with socialite Paris Hilton saying: “Love seeing you so happy and free. You deserve it! Love you B.”

Judge Brenda Penny last week ruled that Britney’s father should no longer be her conservator, this some months after the singer had spoken out during a 24-minute court address as she detailed her side of the conservatorship.

A source reporting to Page Six states: “Britney burst into tears upon hearing the judge’s decision,” adding: “For the longest time, she had begun to think that she would never see the day that her father’s domineering control over every single aspect of her life would end, but it finally happened.”
