Britney Spears has sparked a fresh wave of concern, this as the #FreeBritney movement remains adamant the 39-year-old is not controlling her own Instagram. The weekend brought massive headlines as the pop princess stripped down to only skimpy Daisy Dukes from the backyard of her L.A. mansion – while Spears clutching her bare chest proved popular amid her 32.8 million Instagram followers, it likewise brought worry.

Britney Spears Strips Down In Her Backyard

See the video below. It follows a series of images forming a low-key shoot as Britney went natural, sensual and a little sexy. The “Toxic” singer, who continues to front media outlets as she battles 69-year-old dad Jamie Spears in her conservatorship case, put her worries aside here – and her assets on show.

The video showed Britney topless but tasteful. The Grammy winner, protecting her modesty with her hands, stared deep into the lens while standing near a tree – nothing too fussy as three lip emoji captioned the post and over 930,000 likes were left.

For an idea of the views, a similar video shared just two days ago now sits at over 12.3 million. Here, too, Britney had sent love with kiss emoji. Fans, however, are now throwing shade as they allege Britney’s Instagram to be a setup.

Over 10,000 users liked a comment reading: “I feel these are being posted by someone else…” With slightly less likes, at over 9,000, was a fan saying they felt “something suspicious is going on.” Agreeing was a follower saying they felt the “same thing.”

Britney has clarified one thing. Following her June 23 court address, the singer admitted she’d lied about being happy. She has not, however, confirmed that anyone else is responsible for the Instagram uploads. In fact, she’s very much been suggesting she’s the one posting.

Claps Back After Bath Photo

Spears, who has been shouting out her love of home painting, cocktails, high heels and tennis shoes these past weeks, has also been clapping back at the too-suspicious #FreeBritney movement.

In July, and after posting a tasteful topless photo by her bathtub, Britney had fans spotting that her tattoos had vanished – of course, they jumped to the usual conclusion. Firing back, the blonde told her followers:

"“Ok so … I edited out my tattoo on my neck cause I wanted to see what it would look like clean 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … and yeah I like it better so while you guys are talking behind my back go ahead and kiss my -ss haters 😘🍑 !!!!!!”"
