Britney Spears isn’t letting her explosive court drama – and its latest downward turn – get to her. The 39-year-old pop icon, now seeing a judge deny her request to have 68-year-old dad Jamie Spears removed as her conservator, has been busy living the fun life in Hawaii, this directly on the heels of her 24-minute court appeal earlier this month.

Britney, who said she feels her 2008-commenced conservatorship is “abusive” and has left her “traumatized,” later apologized to fans for lying about portraying being okay on her Instagram, but she’s kept up the facade.

Big Smile Amid ‘Abusive’ Conservatorship

Shortly before the weekend, the Grammy winner updated from her Maui hotel room, one she’s sharing with 27-year-old boyfriend Sam Asghari, who joins her on the trip. Britney was showing off her jaw-dropping figure in no less than three bikinis, striking figure-flaunting poses in a red, yellow, and pink two-piece, and even wearing high heels.

The video, catching over 1.1 million likes from the blonde’s fans, also saw Spears in shades and looking happy, something the singer spent much of 2020 and 2021 saying she is, only to admit it’s the opposite as she spoke in court. No caption, bar three lip emoji, was offered. See more photos after the video.

me, been deeming her Instagram either a setup or controlled by her team. While the “Circus” hit-maker maintains she’s the one updating, her fans have other thoughts.

“Who’s controlling Britney’s page?” the top comment reads, with a slew of #FreeBritney fans using the words now forming an unofficial movement. Scroll for more photos below.

Apologizing For Saying She’s Okay

On June 24, and after addressing a Los Angeles Court judge, Spears took to Instagram to set the record straight on how she’s doing and what her past posts have suggested.

“I apologize for pretending like I’ve been ok the past two years … I did it because of my pride and I was embarrassed to share what happened to me … but honestly who doesn’t want to capture their Instagram in a fun light,” she wrote. The star also told fans: “Whatever makes your soul happy, do that” via an abstract pictorial update.

Britney’s fun bikini post was liked by #FreeBritney supporter and High School Musical alum Vanessa Hudgens, just one of many celebrities backing Spears. They include 28-year-old singer Miley Cyrus, former rival Christina Aguilera, socialite Paris Hilton, and reality star Khloe Kardashian.
