Britney Spears is keeping busy after her explosive and 24-minute court appeal earlier this month. The 39-year-old pop icon, who addressed a Los Angeles court judge as she called her conservatorship “abusive” on June 23, is now on vacation in Hawaii, where updates have already brought the Grammy winner showing off three bikinis in one video from her hotel room.

Posting shortly after her triple swimwear show-off, Britney updated for her 31.3 million Instagram followers with another of her legendary freestyle dances. This one came with the “Piece of Me” singer admitting she was a little rusty on the high heels dancing, but it looks like Britney aced it.

Admits It’s Been A ‘While’

Scroll for the video. It showed Spears solo, on a wooden floor, and from a gym. The blonde was shimmying her body to music and looking both naughty and nice while visibly smiling and wearing the tiniest pair of black shorts, a white crop top, plus the high heels that got mentioned in the caption. Whipping her hair around, the “Toxic” hit-maker told fans:

“This was from the other day !!!! My first time dancing in heels in a while … my new lil project 👠👠👠 !!!!!”

Over 6 million views have been clocked, although comments aren’t so much about the heels. Everyone wants this girl freed from the grip of 68-year-old dad Jamie Spears. “FREE HER!!!” the leading reply reads, with another fan writing: “Your freedom is coming Britney!” See more photos after the video.

Britney’s road to freedom has suffered another setback, one now seeing a judge deny the star’s request to have dad Jamie removed as her conservator. The denial is not, however, a response to the blonde’s recent appeal, one seeing her state:

"“I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized. You know, fake it till you make it. But now I’m telling you the truth, OK? I’m not happy. I can’t sleep. I’m so angry it’s insane. And I’m depressed. I cry every day.”"

Britney added: “I want changes, and I want changes going forward. I deserve changes. I was told I have to sit down and be evaluated, again, if I want to end the conservatorship.”

The singer has since received support from sister Jamie Lynn Spears, plus celebrities including 28-year-old singer Miley Cyrus and singer Mariah Carey.
