Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Bravo fans want Erika Jayne fired

With Erika Jayne and estranged husband, Tom Girardi, under fire for allegedly embezzling millions, RHOBH fans are now calling for her to be fired.

Erika Jayne knows a thing or two about being in the spotlight, however, it seems as if she is experiencing the hot seat for the very first time amidst her legal woes. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been a hot topic after it was revealed that she and estranged hubby, Tom Girardi, embezzled millions.

The drama began to unfold shortly after Erika Jayne, aka Erika Girardi, shared that she and Tom  Girardi have not only been separated for months but that she is also filing for divorce. Amidst the divorce proceedings, Tom Girardi and his law firm were investigated after rumors began spreading regarding tax fraud, evasion, and embezzlement.

This is not the first time Erika and Tom have been accused of not paying money out or evading tax, however, it seems as if the rumors have finally been proven true and they are both reaping the consequences.

Tom Girardi, who was once worth hundreds of millions after playing an integral role in the 1993 Pacific Gas & Electric case, is now revealing that he is completely broke. The Los Angeles-based lawyer claimed to have had $80 million in cash and another $50 million in an investment portfolio, all of which is “gone”, he said.

This came as quite a shock to both fans of the show and Erika Jayne herself, who claims to have not known a single thing! Well, turns out Mrs. Girardi has been listed as the secretary at Tom’s firm and has been gladly receiving funds from the firm directly into her bank account, leaving many fans to assume that Tom was embezzling money to support his wife’s lavish lifestyle.

This obviously did not sit well with fans of RHOBH after discovering that millions were taken from those close to the victims of the Jakarta Boeing MAX plane crash. Viewers are now calling for Erika to be fired by Bravo!

One fan took to Twitter to share their disdain: “Why has Bravo not fired Erika Jayne? She and her now ex-husband Tom have stolen tons of cash from victims. Hey! AndyCohen, do you condone this type of behavior or will the network do what’s right?” @4whatsright wrote. 

In response to a Tweet Erika Jayne posted, a former fan replied by saying: “We ain’t forget! You should be fined. FEDERAL PRISON”. Meanwhile, others are wondering how Bravo can justify hiring Erika Jayne amidst her legal drama, not due to the chaos, but merely due to the reason behind her and Tom’s issues, embezzlement!

So, will Erika remain a full-time RHOBH housewife? Or will the call for her to be fired be heard by Bravo and acted upon? Who knows! But what we do know is that Erika Jayne will certainly bring all of this to our screens if she does, in fact, remain on-board.
