RHOBH: Erika Girardi’s husband, Tom Girardi, hit with another lawsuit

Erika Girardi and Tom Girardi keep finding themselves ensnared in lawsuits during filming for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is having a very exciting season, off-screen of course!  After Erika Girardi was wrapped up in a lawsuit that her husband, Tom Girardi, found himself involved in, he got hit with another one!  Us Weekly is reporting that Tom is being sued by Wells Fargo over five separate lease agreements over office equipment.

Wells Fargo apparently agreed to lease the equipment to Tom’s company, Girardi Keese, to use.  The outstanding balance is $882,715 from when they stopped making the required monthly payments in July and August.  Wells Fargo is requesting immediate payment and is adding an interest charge of 10% from the date they defaulted.  Apparently, these items are at his offices in Los Angeles and San Bernardino, California and they want to seize the items since they are no longer being paid for them.

There have been whispers that Tom’s company is about to dissolve or be absorbed by another company, which is suspicious timing all around.  Is he no longer using this office equipment?  Is he no longer using his offices?  You kind of need this equipment to function!  It’s all very suspicious!

Tom recently responded to Erika’s request for divorce and asked the court to terminate the ability to award her spousal support, in addition to asking that Erika pay his attorney’s fees.  Both Erika and Tom have been accused of embezzling money from victims of a plane crash and though lawsuits for a lawyer like Tom happen frequently, it seems he cannot outrun them fast enough.

Unfortunately, there is no way Erika is going to talk about any of the lawsuits on the show.  She never shares any information about her life so that’s not going to change, but the fact that she can’t discuss such a huge part of her personal life is going to make her even less palatable as a cast member.  

Erika has not responded to any of these lawsuits or claims, she’s just posting topless photos like normal.  Oh, to be so carefree!
