RHONY: Did Ramona Singer block Elyse Slaine from joining the reunion?

Nothing is set in stone yet, but it seems like the RHONY reunion will be taking place in person on August 5, with Andy Cohen moderating.

Nothing is going as planned this year, including housewives filming and reunion schedules.  However, the RHONY reunion seems to be full-speed ahead with their reunion schedule.  According to sources from Page Six, they are set to film on August 5.  The source claims that the crew and ladies will be following CDC guidelines and staying six feet apart, in addition to having a smaller crew on the set.

Ramona Singer was on Instagram the other day and thanked Julius Michael for doing her hair before the big day.  “Thanks for my stunning highlights getting glam ready for My season 12 reunion.”  It’s all about Ramona, all the time.

Leah McSweeney also shared an Instagram story at a wellness center of some sort and said, “reunion look?”  She was apparently wrapped in magnesium at Higher Dose, an “infrared sauna spa” in New York.  Meanwhile, Dorinda Medley was shopping at Staples.  Luann de Lesseps was trying on Jovani jumpsuits earlier in the week.

Sonja Morgan tagged her old Real Housewives of New York pal, Bethenny Frankel, while she was doing a face mask.  “Nothing has changed, wish you were here!”  With all the rumors floating around that Bethenny was considering returning to the show, are we reading too much into this one?

A fan asked if Elyse Slaine on Twitter if she would be in attendance and she responded with a sad emoji face, leading us to believe she has not been asked to participate.  Perhaps Ramona would not allow Elyse at “her” reunion after all of their drama this season?

We’re not totally sold on an in-person reunion for these city-dwelling lunatics, but perhaps it will be like old times.  We were really looking forward to watching Andy Cohen mute Ramona, though.
