The world of Vanderpump Rules enters even more uncertain territory with the firing of four main cast members this week, including Stassi Schroeder.

It’s been an interesting week in the world of Bravo!  As the drama with Vanderpump Rules continues – four cast members have been let go from the hit show.  Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni have all been fired, according to Variety.  Stassi and Kristen both issued apologies earlier this week for what they did to Faith Stowers back in 2018.

Stassi and Kristen accused Faith of being involved in a theft and tweeting out a photo of a woman they alluded to being Faith.  Stassi also found herself in hot water after making jokes about the #MeToo movement and referring to her outfit as “nazi chic.”  Stassi, obsessed with murder and death, seems to have swiftly killed her own career by not learning from her mistakes sooner.

The issue viewers have taken with the reality stars is that Stassi has had such issues throughout her career when she joined Vanderpump Rules back in 2013 as an original cast member.  The “nazi chic” event and the situation with Faith both occurred back in 2018, with the #MeToo drama in 2017.  Stassi has apologized via her PR firm (which then fired her) but she apparently did not apologize to Faith (according to Faith herself).

Faith recently re-told the story in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement and George Floyd but Bravo was mostly silent.  Yesterday, Bravo promised, “100 million comprehensive, multiyear plan will be focused on social justice, our employees, awareness & education.”  But really, the public would also like to see Kristen and Stassi apologize to Faith in addition to their other efforts.

Max and Brett both had some racist and insensitive tweets that re-surfaced just as their first season of the show began, but they made it out unscathed until now.  Lisa Vanderpump actually stuck up for them initially and has been silent since.  “If I fired every one of you that have made mistakes, it doesn’t matter to what degree, probably none of you would have a job,” she told the group on the show.

One of the tweets from Max read, “Something about Asians that just makes me want to punch them in the suck hole.”  Brett used terminology we aren’t comfortable re-hashing, but it should have been enough to separate themselves from him months ago.
