Below Deck Mediterranean is back for the fifth season in Mallorca, Spain, with Captain Sandy Yawn returning to steer the yacht.
Have you missed Below Deck Mediterranean as much as we have? Captain Sandy Yawn, Hannah Ferrier, and Malia White are all returning, along with some new crew members. The yacht, called The Wellington, is 184 feet and will be floating along the waters of Mallorca, Spain this season with all-female leads. Check out the trailer on BravoTV.com.
Captain Sandy is joined by Hannah as chief stew and Malia as bosun. Hindrigo “Kiko” Lorran is the chef, both Jessica More and Lara Flumiani are stews, Pete Hunziker is the lead deckhand under Malia, and finally, Alex Radcliffe and Robert Westergaard are both deckhands.
It appears someone brought drugs on board the ship, and based on where the conversation is taking place, it seems to be a crew member. Some new charter guests will certainly give Kiko a run for his money, and some of the old ones will, too.
There will certainly be some drama with Hannah as she can never keep her emotions in check. It seems she and Lara will not have an easy time throughout the season, and she has old drama with Malia from their time together in season two. It also looks like Hannah and Sandy get into it as Sandy was overheard saying she could have fired Hannah a long time ago if she wanted to. Hannah better learn to decorate those tables ASAP.
Overall, it seems like the guys are going to have a hard time with Malia as their superior. “You’ve got a female boson, a female captain, and a female chief stew. Respect that,” she was seen saying to her team.
No premiere date has been set yet, but it seems like the season is going to be a good one whenever it does premiere. There can never be too much drama on a mega-yacht!
Below Deck Mediterranean will be back on Bravo soon!
