Vanderpump Rules: The perfect wedding for the perfect couple, plus Hooters
By Amanda Cline
At long last, Vanderpump Rules is celebrating the holy matrimony of Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright…and there was a cash bar in the Kentucky Castle.
After almost an entire season dedicated to the wedding, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright finally tied the knot on last night’s Vanderpump Rules. Though he was forcibly removed from the wedding initially, Tom Sandoval really was the best best man. He even brought tampons and White Claws to the bridesmaids when they asked for help!
Lance Bass married the couple and the vows discussed Friends (the show) and Hooters (the fried chicken place where Brittany used to work) and these two dingbats (lobsters) considered that romance. Jax even commented in his vows that when Brittany mentioned she worked at Hooters, he said, “I have to marry this girl.” What in the Kentucky Fried hell is this?
Brittany spent much of the episode with her mouth wide open but no noise was coming out. It was an interesting look, to say the least, but she did seem very happy. Kristen Doute and Brian Carter barely looked at each other all night. His presence did not make her friends happy, and if they weren’t fighting about it before – they sure are now.
Lisa Vanderpump made it to the big event, too. But we knew that because Randall Emmett posted a photo of them together on a plane and spilled the beans immediately.
All in all, the wedding went well and the couple is living happily ever after in Valley Village while Jax rides a ride-on lawnmower and eats Hungry Man frozen meals.
My favorite part was when Tom and Tom Schwartz decided they needed a roommate when they moved to LA, and the Toms agreed that they could – as long as he wasn’t too much of a presence. In walked Jax and the rest is history…Mazel to the couple.
Vanderpump Rules is on Bravo every Tuesday at 9 PM!
