Mauricio Umansky, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband and owner of The Agency has finally spoken out about all the rumors.

After all the lawsuits and secrets during the off season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, filming has started and all of the secrets will start spilling soon.  We can only hope.  Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky, spoke to Inman about The Agency and all the ongoing drama.  The article discusses how Mauricio isn’t a stranger to the high-profile lifestyle, and though it might appear things are not going well, he thinks they are.

"“Umansky believes these issues have largely been misunderstood and says that his brokerage is in fact exactly where he wants it to be.”"

The interviewer asks about the turnover rate at The Agency and how it has been reported that they’ve lost a lot of employees lately, in addition to some of the bigger ones at the firm.  According to Mauricio, their business plan was never about having a lot of employees, but about having high quality and high performing employees.  Mauricio went on to say, “We never gave a s–t about how many agents we would have.”

Mauricio goes on to refute the news that they’ve lost 45 or so agents.  He says that though they’ve lost 45 agents, they’ve also hired 155 new agents which leaves them with a net gain of 110 agents.  What a positive spin on bad press.  He says that of the 45 agents they lost, only six of those were actual good agents.  The rest were just taking up space.  He says he just doesn’t “give a s–t about” the other agents.  I’ve come to realize that Mauricio doesn’t give many shits!

Eventually, they get on the subject of the home sale that has net a solid four lawsuits for Mauricio and The Agency.  He says it isn’t really affecting the day-to-day for them, but he’ll go into more detail when he’s able to.

He seems to think he will be fully vindicated when the time is right and doesn’t seem very bothered by the rumors surrounding his life.  Rumors are just rumors after all, right?  Until they aren’t. Someone call radar!
