Things aren’t looking good for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband, Mauricio Umansky, and his shady business deals.

I know it must seem like we are reporting the same thing over and over again at this point, but we really aren’t.   Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Mauricio Umansky is just getting sued….a lot.  The harder they try to ignore the lawsuits, the shadier it seems.  At this point, all signs point to Mauricio allegedly committing fraud in order to benefit his own bank accounts.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards‘ husband, Mauricio, is being sued yet again.  This time for $4.5 million and by another real estate agent.  The Blast obtained documents stating that Aitan Segal was brought on by a potential buyer for the home, which Mauricio later purchased for himself in a shady deal.  Aitan alleges that Mauricio blew off his offer on the palatial estate in order to purchase the home for himself and flip it later for an even bigger profit.

Mauricio and The Agency

Were initially being sued by a company brought in for the sale and by Sam Hakim, a potential buyer for the property.  Then The Agency started losing top agents and other workers and then got sued by their insurance company.  That means that any legal fees associated with the case are no longer covered by their insurance.

This is the fourth large lawsuit to stem from the sale of the home, with a new one popping up each week.  Last season, Kyle was able to keep their legal drama off our televisions thanks to Lucy Lucy Apple Juicy, but it sounds like that won’t work any longer.  Kyle was accused of being the ringleader of the agreement to keep personal lawsuits off the show, now we know why.

Hopefully, with the addition of some new cast members, the RHOBH cast will mention it all.  This cast has been notorious for covering up and deflecting from their legal drama but will that come to an end next season?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently filming for the next season.
