We are in the ninth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and though it has changed a lot since season one, deep down it’s still the same.

Here are a few reasons we still love The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, even if it is a shell of its former self in some ways.  The glitz, glamour, cars, caviar, glam squads, and even the pets.  The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has it all.

1. The lifestyle Porn

The ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have always been fabulous, but something about the everyday life they lead is just extra fabulous.

From a casual Coachella experience, trips around the world a few times, every new piece from the runway – they want it, they got it.

Kyle Richards is a regular fixture at Coachella every year, but this year she dragged her other housewives Lisa Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp.  They got a lot of flack for this, but live your lives, ladies. Those tickets are expensive!

These ladies tend to travel first class, if not on a private jet like Lisa Vanderpump is below.

You don’t travel private in just any regular off the rack clothing, either.  You travel private in a ridiculous $300 t-shirt with holes in it.  Why?  Because you can.

Back in the first seasons, the prices of things would flash on the screen.

$75,000 for a party.

$100,000 for a car.

$15,00 for a watch.

In the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we got a glimpse of this when they flashed “Dorit’s dress: $6,000” on the screen.

If you’ve ever listened to Erika Jayne, mainly her song XXPEN$IVE, you know that it is actually very expensive to be her.

“Limited edition, gotta buy it with no try-on,” and boy does she live by this.  Erika wears things that were on the runway yesterday.  And won’t be in stores for a long time, if ever.  Erika and her glam squad are on top of things.

It is a requirement to be on top of your fashion game to be on any Housewives franchise, but the ladies of Beverly Hills are definitely one of the better-dressed groups.

Everywhere you go in Beverly Hills is full of paparazzi just waiting to snap photos, so it makes sense the ladies are dressed in their best whenever they leave the house.
