Season 6: Munchhausen is the word

For much of her tenure on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Yolanda Hadid suffered from Lyme Disease. In Season 6 her disease was used as a weapon against her when Rinna and the other ladies implied she might have Munchhausen. Their reasoning for thinking this was that sometimes Yolanda looked healthy, and other times she did not. This led to the cast thinking perhaps the former supermodel was faking her illness for attention.

As usual this all came to a head at the reunion, and a shocking revelation with made by Rinna. She claimed that the entire storyline was fabricated by LVP which sent Yolanda into a frenzy of tears. LVP & Rinna’s relationship never recovered from this moment, and Yolanda exited the series. Using someone’s disease against them is shocking, and a major law point for the franchise. Although, it did set the stage for Rinna vs LVP which has been an iconic feud.
