RHOC shocker: Which couple has separated now?

It looks like another RHOC couple could be headed for divorce after hearing new David and Shannon Beador shocker. 

After watching David and Shannon Beador renew their vows on The Real Housewives of Orange County, things seemed good. The couple previously had a rocky marriage due to David’s infidelity. After that was overcome (mostly, though Shannon keeps bringing it up), they seemed to be in a happier place.

When RHOC returned this season, Shannon Beador was noticeably heavier. She gained 40 pounds after stress eating regarding Vicki Gunvalson talking about her husband beating her.

The claims are still being denied by Shannon, but recently restraining order paperwork was unearthed. Viewers are still unclear what the truth about the situation really is, but something is definitely amiss.

After much speculation, Shannon Beador confirmed she is separated from David to People. Details were not given, but she did ask for privacy for her family, including the three daughters she shares with her husband. Things didn’t work out between the two and with the reunion being filmed this weekend, there was no way she could keep this private.

There was no information about whether or not Shannon intends to file for divorce from David at the moment. It is likely though, as the statements given to the publication indicate the separation is not temporary. Beador wants to be a good role model for her daughters and seems to think she will be happier outside of the marriage.

The Real Housewives of Orange County may has been at least partially to blame, especially with the other women weighing in on the cheating scandal. Kelly Dodd has been commenting about Shannon and David since arriving on the scene last season. Unfortunately, their marriage didn’t survive and now, they will have to navigate the world of co-parenting amicably for the sake of their daughters.
