Real Housewives of New Jersey will be returning next month but Jacqueline Laurita won’t be on it.
Here’s the thing about being cast on any of the Real Housewives shows, if you don’t bring the drama, they will replace you with someone who will. It looks like that might be the sad fate of Jacqueline Laurita.
There are some cast members that have been with their respective show for years. To the point where we have to wonder if they will ever leave.
For Jacqueline Laurita, Real Housewives of New Jersey has been her reality TV home. She was a full-time housewife for the franchise for five solid seasons.
It wasn’t until Season 6 of RHONJ that Jacqueline was downgraded in her role. She spent that season as a “friend of the housewives,” a title that basically means that they need you for ratings, but not that much.
During Season 7 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Jacqueline Laurita had a major falling out with Teresa Guidice. The felonious housewife even accused Laurita of being the one who ratted her out to the feds.

It’s safe to say that Laurita and recent rival Melissa Gorga also won’t be working things out. The former friends spent last season at each other’s throats. Just last month, Jacqueline was taking shots at Melissa prior to the report that she wouldn’t be returning to RHONJ.
It looks like Jacqueline Laurita is blaming her failure to return on her inability to get along with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.
“Unfortunately, I will not be returning,” Laurita told Entertainment Tonight. “I think the feeling is that I no longer have an authentic connection with two of the season’s cast members.”
“I think they feel I no longer fit in with the group,” she continued. “Laurita says she was offered a part-time position on the show, with an option of it becoming full-time “depending on how my story unfolded and if I meshed with the group.”
It turns out that Jacqueline Laurita wasn’t fired from Real Housewives of New Jersey. According to her, she quit.
“I just felt that after being on the show for seven years and putting my time and everything into that, to not have a confirmed full-time decision, with that feeling that I had to kind of try out again, it just didn’t feel right.”
