In the third part of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s reunion, an interesting topic was brought up. The ladies of SLC had a conversation about Jen Shah. Specifically, they discussed the fact that Meredith Marks had actually taken a call from Jen in prison.

Knowing that Meredith had taken a phone call from her former costar, it likely makes sense that people wanted to know what she thought about the recent news of her reduced prison sentence. And according to US Weekly, they recently had the opportunity to ask Marks about it and she said, “I mean, you know, that’s not my call. That’s someone else’s call. But, good for her.”

While that doesn’t feel like an overwhelming endorsement of Jen Shah, we also understand that Meredith isn’t going to really share her feelings about the other woman in public. I think she said plenty already. She’s absolutely spoken about her thoughts on Jen throughout her time on RHOSLC, so it doesn’t feel like she’s hiding anything with her comment.

What was interesting was the fact that a follow-up question regarding the potential for Jen Shah to return to RHOSLC after her release was also asked of Meredith. And I really appreciate the fact that Meredith did not seem to want to comment on that idea. What she did say was, “That’s a call for production, and I don’t wanna comment.”

Could a reduced prison sentence for Jen Shah mean a return to RHOSLC?

She is absolutely right. It is up to production to decide if Jen Shah should make a comeback on RHOSLC. Honestly, it doesn’t really sound like the other women would necessarily want to see her back on the show. And yet, Meredith is not the only person who has supposedly spoken to Jen in prison.

Not only that, but it does sound like some of the women have forgiven her for her actions that led to her being imprisoned. Does this mean that the women would want to work with her again? We don’t really know. It seems like they are going to leave any of those types of decisions up to Bravo and production.

Considering Meredith Marks has made it clear that she believes that Jen Shah has “taken accountability, served time, and is paying restitution,” it doesn’t seem like she would be opposed to having Jen back on the show. After all, she has made it clear that perhaps Jen has turned over a new leaf.

That doesn’t mean that the other women want to work with Jen, but it also doesn’t mean that we couldn’t potentially see her back on our screens in the future. You never know who could pop up as a friend of the housewives in the future. She may not get her snowflake back, but that doesn’t mean she can’t make an appearance once in a while if she is still actually still friends with any of the women.
