While appearing on a recent episode of the YouTube series Hot Ones, Sydney Sweeney opened up about filming one of many iconic Euphoria scenes and explained why she said that one sequence in particular was "the most disgusting thing" she's ever filmed.

Fans of the dramatic teen series will remember that in season two, episode four, there's a scene that features Sydney Sweeney's character, Cassie, being invited over to a house where another character is babysitting so that all of them can get in the hot tub together.

Things get messy pretty quickly when Maddy and Nate start discussing their relationship because Cassie, who is intoxicated in the scene, feels conflicted over the fact that she's friends with Maddy and secretly seeing Nate behind her back.

But, it's not just the drama between the characters that makes this scene a huge mess. As fans of the series will know, the scene takes a disgusting turn when the intoxicated Cassie throws up in the hot tub.

According to Sydney Sweeney's episode of Hot Ones, Euphoria creator Sam Levison didn't want to go the traditional route to make it look like Cassie was vomiting in the hot tub and they put a lot of work into making the scene look disgusting and realistic.

She shared that while many other productions will just mix up a cup of random food from the catering table with water and put it in the actor's mouth to then spit out, that just didn't look gross and shocking enough for the scene and they had to take things to the next level.

"They had to get a pump, and they had this pipe that they just taped and hid on my body. And then they CGI’d it out up my neck and then there was a horse bit that I had to put in my mouth," she shared during the interview. "So during that scene, they’re filling my mouth with throw up. And then I opened my mouth, and it just started shooting out my mouth. It was the most disgusting thing I ever experienced."

It's safe to say that Sam Levison got what he was going for with that scene because it was striking and hard to forget. But, it's scenes like that that have Euphoria fans excited for season three of the series -- even if some of the stars might not be returning.
