RHOSLC’s Mary Cosby accuses Whitney Rose of being racist during Season 4 reunion

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is currently airing their three-part Season 4 reunion and there has already been plenty of drama and accusations tossed about. And one big accusation came during the second episode of the reunion when Mary Cosby said that she believes that Whitney Rose is racist.

According to Reality Tea, Cosby didn’t just randomly accuse Rose of being racist, she also pointed out a few things that made her feel this way. That being said, she also explained that the other housewife had not necessarily done anything to her directly, but that it was a feeling she had based on things she has seen and heard.

So what exactly is it that makes Mary Cosby believe her RHOSLC costar is a racist? What is her proof?

The first time that Cosby actually came out and called Rose a racist was in 2023 when a picture of Whitney and a former housewife, Jennie Nguyen, circulated online. Nguyen was actually let go from the franchise following a number of comments she apparently made that made light of the murder of George Floyd and even the BLM movement. She also threw a glass at Mary during her time on the show, which was considered dangerous behavior.

The picture of Whitney and Jennie led to Mary saying, “This tells me Whitney is racist too!” And during the reunion show, Cosby called out Rose once again by saying that it was the other woman’s “actions” that make her feel this way. She also said it was a feeling she had. But she also pointed to Whitney Rose’s religion as a basis for her feelings.

Obviously, this is Mary’s feelings on who Whitney is as a person. It is hard to deny someone their thoughts and feelings on another person. And considering the way, Mary has been treated by her fellow cast mates, it does make sense that she would feel this way. Hopefully, these two women are able to find a way to heal their relationship, or at least come to a better understanding of each other.

It will be interesting to see what else comes out in the final part of this reunion.
