Rachel is definitely going "rogue."

It looks like former Vanderpump Rules star Rachel (Raquel) Leviss isn't holding back on her podcast -- and she's not just focusing her energy on Tom Sandoval, either. On a recent episode, she made some bold claims about her former boss, Lisa Vanderpump, and claimed that Vanderpump finds women "disposable."

On the latest episode of Vanderpump Rules, Lisa Vanderpump can be seen showing some concern for Tom Sandoval, which lead Rachel Leviss to question her behavior on her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue.

"If you were really concerned about Tom having dark thoughts, you had to have considered my mental state of mind as well because we were both going through the same thing at the same time," Rachel said on her podcast, directing her statement to her former boss, Lisa Vanderpump. Following her affair with Tom Sandoval being made public, Rachel Leviss sought out an inpatient treatment facility in Arizona for her mental health and chose not to return to the new season of Vanderpump Rules.

According to Rachel, Lisa Vanderpump never reached out to her following her departure from the show or her journey seeking treatment for her mental health.

"She didn’t. And she didn’t care what my mental state was when she pulled that whole Graham situation on me," she said, referring to the fact that she was forced to surrender her dog, Graham Cracker, when she went to Arizona for mental health treatment and the dog ended up being gifted by Lisa Vanderpump to Rachel Leviss' ex-fiance, James Kennedy.

But according to Rachel Leviss, the fact that Lisa Vanderpump was so concerned about Tom Sandoval and never showed the same level of concern for her isn't surprising -- and might even be an insight to a pattern of behavior from her ex-boss.

"I feel like Lisa has extended her resources to Tom more than I’ve ever seen that extended to me, and that concern for me. So, I’m not surprised by it because I feel like it’s pretty typical for Lisa to take the men under her wing and make sure that the men are okay, but she doesn’t really care about the women on the show as much."

While Lisa Vanderpump was showing concern for Tom Sandoval on the recent episode of the show, the women in the cast weren't extending the same worried energy toward him.

"So, Lisa saying he's depressed, you know what? I haven't seen that. I've just seen him project," Scheana Shay says in the episode after saying that Tom Sandoval needs to "humble himself" and "get a good therapist."

"I look at Tom Sandoval as a man that's a shadow of his former self. I don't ever want to see anybody go down the path of that kind of depression, when you feel the whole world's against you," said in a confessional to explain the reason that she's so concerned for Tom Sandoval and sticking by his side while much of the rest of the cast has no pity for him following Scandoval.
