Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker tied the knot during a private ceremony in Mexico in December of last year and now, she's used the Oscars red carpet to reveal that the two of them are expecting their first child together.

Vanessa Hudgens had her breakthrough in Hollywood when she was cast as Gabriella in the High School Musical franchise on the Disney Channel. Since then, she's made Christmas magical for Netflix subscribers in The Princess Switch movies, released music, and been the unofficial queen of Coachella with her outfits at the spring music festival each year.

Vanessa Hudgens was dating Austin Butler previously but started dating Cole Tucker in 2020 after meeting him during a virtual meditation session over Zoom before Vanessa says she slid into his DMs because she just couldn't get him out of her mind.

Cole Tucker is a pro baseball player and the two of them have been somewhat public about their relationship with red carpet appearances, interviews where the two of them gush about each other, and Vanessa Hudgens has even been spotted supporting her beau at his ball games.

"I definitely dropped hints about my ring. I was like, 'I want a gold band with an oval diamond.' Everyone who knows me knew what I wanted. So I told him that, and he took it a step further and made it even more beautiful than I thought," Vanessa Hudgens told Vogue in an interview she gave them about the intimate wedding in Tulum, Mexico.

The pair were engaged in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower in February 2023 and tied the knot in December of that same year after three years of dating.

"I knew I'd never been to a wedding that I've wanted my own wedding to be like, so I had to think out of the box. Finding a venue was the hardest part. I knew I didn't want to do it at a beach, at a ballroom, or at a barn—these were all things I didn't want. Instead, I wanted to be surrounded by nature, greenery, and foliage," she told Vogue about her inspiration for the romantic day.

From the second that Vanessa Hudgens stepped onto the red carpet with her baby bump accentuated in her glamorous black dress, fans that grew up with the High School Musical series have been sharing the exciting news on social media and congratulating the happy couple on the news.
