If there is one thing we can count on when it comes to the Real Housewives of Bravo, it is that there will be drama. There will be drama among cast members and apparently, there will even be drama across different franchises. And that seems to be the case when it comes to The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Margaret Josephs and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Heather Gay.
While RHOSLC's Gay was once a bit of a fan favorite, that title has definitely diminished over the last few seasons. And a lot of that has to do with her relationship with former housewife Jen Shah. Her avid defense of her "friend" really rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. And then she basically accused the other woman of giving her a black eye after denying it for over a year and saying she didn't know what happened.
But what does all of this have to do with Margaret Josephs? Well technically, not a lot. But as Reality Tea pointed out, at one point Josephs was quoted in Page Six talking about how Gay got the black eye and whether or not the way she was withholding information and teasing that she knew what really happened was "thirsty or not." And it seems that this discussion left a bad taste in Heather Gay's mouth.
Heather Gay apparently has issues with Margaret Josephs
It turns out that a recent interaction between the two ladies led Josephs to realize that there was an issue between the two of them. The two women saw each other at Bravo-Con and Margaret Josephs shared that Heather Gay would not meet her eye, and completely ignored her when she tried to say hi to her.
Based on this interaction alone, Josephs believes that she may have offended the other housewife by talking about the black eye situation. And honestly, we are not surprised by this at all.
Margaret and Heather are on two completely different shows. They don't really interact with each other on a day to day basis and they are obviously in different friend groups, so the fact that the RHONJ star even talked about what went on with the ladies of RHOSLC had to have been frustrating.
As viewers, we all have our own thoughts about what happened to Heather Gay, as well as her relationship with Jen Shah. But it just seems odd to have another housewife talking about it as an attention grab with a media outlet when you weren't really involved and just watched what happened on TV like the rest of us. Or maybe that is just me.
