Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker deny divorce rumors (Here's where they might've started)

Kandi Burruss may have stepped back from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but that doesn’t mean she is out of the spotlight. And recently, rumors have been spreading that she and her husband, Todd Tucker, were actually getting a divorce.

However, both Kandi and Todd are putting a stop to those rumors. According to Reality Tea, the former housewife had no idea about the rumors until her daughter, Riley, came to her and asked if they were getting a divorce.

When Riley asked her mom about the rumors and why people keep saying things like this, Kandi was quick to say she didn’t know, though she has a theory.

Kandi believes that the rumors started because of YouTube videos that she has done alongside her husband. She talked about how passionate they get when they debate things and she thinks that people take that passion the wrong way. According to Burruss, people are focusing on how they are talking to each other and what they’re saying and reading into it, and then that’s where the rumors might come from.

However, the couple is not taking the rumors or any of the hate they have received over the years to heart. According to Tucker:

"It is tough. You’re always on stage and you can’t really kind of relax out in public. But for me, I think from doing reality TV early on with her, I really don’t pay it anymore. We know what’s going on."

Considering the couple has been married for 10 years as of April 2024, they know how to keep their relationship going. And while there may be rumors, they have found a way past that.
