Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are getting hitched

Wedding season is still far, but some couples are already making plans. Actor Dylan Sprouse and Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin allegedly got engaged this spring. The fashionista caught the reporters’ eyes at the Mammoth Film Festival with her bling.

Dylan apparently popped the question to his girlfriend in early march. The couple has been dating for five years.

After the pair met at a Hollywood party, Dylan slid into the Hungarian model DMs. In his message, Dylan left Barbara his phone number, hoping for a reply. The Armani spokesperson’s response came… six months later. That’s a new level of playing hard to get.

Fortunately for Barbara, Dylan’s enthusiasm hadn’t waned during those months. Besides, the model may have taken her time, but she did in a big way when she showed up. Barbara flew to China to meet Dylan for their first date.

The duo soon fell in love. In August 2018, they made their relationship official when Barbara posted a cozy picture on Dylan’s birthday. From there, things rapidly evolved.

By January 2019, they were moving together into a New York apartment.

Dylan and Barbara usually keep a low profile, but at times they enjoy displaying their affection. The actor overtly supports his lady’s career. On her return to Victoria’s secret glittering catwalk in November 2018, Sprouse was in the audience, even bringing her snacks.

On the other hand, Barbara has called Dylan “the perfect guy” in a Vogue Australia spread. Since she came out of five years of celibacy for him, we’ll take her word for it.

Over the years, the couple made many joint appearances at events such as the Vanity fair Oscar party, the Venice Film Festival, and Milan Fashion Week.

While the couple has yet to confirm the news of their engagement, they haven’t denied it either. Congratulations to them. And for disenchanted fans, don’t worry. There’s still one Sprouse on the market: Dylan’s brother Cole.

Then again, his past paramours include the gorgeous Lili Reinhart. Cole’s currently dating influencer Ari Fournier, so you have some stiff competition.
