Kelly Ripa has a strict dinner rule that she enforces on her entire family. The 51-year-old talk show queen is known for her long-term marriage to 1996-married husband Mark Consuelos – the popular couple is now empty nesters, but they did raise three kids. Kelly is a mom to sons Michael and Joaquin, plus daughter Lola.

Ripa, known for running a tight ship, has opened up on how she lives her life, and the interview came with a cash benefit for the blonde, who is likely well-paid to front Persona Nutrition. Speaking to the tailored vitamins brand she fronts, the former sitcom star revealed:
“As a busy working mom, sleep is everything to me. It allows me to bring energy to the morning show, engage with guests, keep my projects moving and support every other part of my life. But for a long time, I found good sleep hard to get.” Here, Kelly revealed she’s a fan of CBD. The super-healthy star, who also claims Persona Nutrition is behind her getting an amazing night’s sleep, continued:
“Just like you, I do a lot of things in life that depend on technology, but as much those devices help me get things done, I also know they can isolate us if they’re not managed properly.” Here’s where the mom of three dropped her household rule. The bubble blonde also told Persona:
“That’s why my family and I reserve time every day to unplug, to put away our cellphones at dinner and be truly present with one another. We all live busy lives, so I cherish this time that’s just for us—especially as the kids get older and become more independent.”
