Rebel Wilson is unzipped in a sporty orange swimsuit and showing off the 77 pounds she’s dropped. The Aussie actress, 41, has been making headlines galore since vowing to make 2020 her “year of health,” with November 2021 bringing her slimmed-down body on a beach and offering up humor as well.
Rebel updated her Instagram earlier this month while kidding about the glam lifestyle – fans saw the blonde under a white gazebo on shores and getting fanned by a male who was shirtless and in swim trunks. Rebel, who went full bombshell, posted as a follow-up to footage of her wading out of ocean waters in slow-motion, and the video has now topped 1 million views.

Scroll for the video. Rebel, now fronting Tourism Fiji and wellness brand Olly, had posed lying on her side and shouting out Kardashian-level glam. The actress wore tight black shorts over her swimsuit, with the ensemble highlighting her toned legs and trimmed-down waistline. Rebel, who has admitted turning to chocolate on a hard day as she reveals her battle against food isn’t over, took to her caption, writing:
“Sammy and I working so hard on our top secret shoot 😜🇫🇯 ps I think I’m now officially starting ‘Hot Girl Summer Southern Hemisphere’, join me xoxo.”
“Love your suit Rebs!” the top comment reads, with plenty of fans throwing out fire emoji. Rebel topped that video views-wise, though, as she exited the ocean on November 10 for a total 1.6 million views.
On Losing 77 Pounds
Rebel dropped the weight via outdoor walks and mindful eating. On the former, she explained:
“It’s just about keeping your body moving and keeping the blood pumping,” adding:
“I feel like sometimes people think you need to work your body really hard to get results, and yeah, if you were training to be the next Thor or something you would be doing hardcore things, but as a regular person, walking is just so healthy for you. The body is designed to move in that way.”
In November 2020, Rebel addressed eating overall on Instagram Live, also reminding fans not to be hard on themselves. “Don’t beat yourself up if in the past you were unhealthy, because I definitely was engaging in unhealthy habits like eating junk food and sugar all the time. But it doesn’t do any benefit to beat yourself up,” she said.
