Carrie Underwood’s appearance sparks concern in thigh-skimming sheer dress

Carrie Underwood has sparked a wave of concern over her appearance, this as she stuns in a metallic silver, partially sheer and leggy slit dress. The 38-year-old country superstar sizzled with her world-famous pins on show while attending the recent CMA Awards – red carpet photos showed the “Cry Pretty” singer with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher and looking flawless in her glitzy number.

Fans always have something to tear apart, though. This time, they’re thinking the CALIA by Carrie founder looks “different.” Many, however, admitted they couldn’t put their finger on what it was.

Scroll for the photos, ones seeing the fitness queen flaunt her rock-hard legs in a nude and sparkly dress with a sheer finish. The mom of two had gone jazzy in the one-shouldered number, one boasting feather and sparkle accents, a flesh-colored and sheer torso finish, plus figure-hugging and flashy silver accents throughout. Carrie posed showing off her toned shoulders and arms, also sporting silver and platform high heels to match her dress.

Smiling, Carrie went classic with her long blonde hair worn down, a full face of makeup, plus sparkly diamond earrings and a segmented bracelet.

The photos, shared to Just Jared’s Instagram this weekend, have brought in likes, but they’ve also brought in a wave of shade. “Why do beautiful people have the need to change so much?” one user wrote. Several others remarked that the “Before He Cheats” singer looks “different.”

“She bought a new face,” a third added, with a fourth fan saying they didn’t recognize Underwood. “Why did she have to go and get fillers😢 not the same Carrie. Clone!” one follower complained.

Carrie has been making headlines for living her best life and being her true self, this as she ups the sweaty workout action while promoting both her CALIA clothing line and 2020-founded Fit52 app.

Speaking to Women’s Health about fitness and self-care, the star revealed: “I’d love to sit in a bubble bath, but that’s not going to happen. My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me,” adding: “Physical fitness makes everything else possible.”

Carrie has also denied getting plastic surgery – in 2017, she had to have 40 stitches after falling and hurting her face while walking her dog, but she told Redbook there’s been nothing cosmetic, stating: “I’m on some magazine every other week for something crazy. It’s a little sad, because the truth is just as interesting. I wish I’d gotten some awesome plastic surgery to make this [scar] look better. But I try not to worry too much about it.”
