Carrie Underwood is being told she made it look “way too easy” while dropping cardio action in a push-up and wearing a skimpy sports bra and skin-tight spandex leggings. The 38-year-old country singer and fitness queen is fresh from an Instagram post shouting out her 2020-founded Fit52 app, and it was impressive stuff as the “Southbound” singer flaunted her cheese-grater abs and upper body strength.

Posting ahead of the weekend, Carrie showed her sweaty determination while in cute pigtails, but there was nothing easy-going about her hardcore sweat session.

Carrie Underwood Wows With Spandex-Clad Workout

Scroll for the video. Carrie, who runs her fitness app alongside her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie athleisurewear line, had posted from an indoor gym and solo. The mom of two, seen placing her camera on the floor, filmed a mighty impressive series of reps while maintaining a push-up plank – she delivered some shoulder taps and stability-working floor runs, also smiling throughout.

Outfitted head-to-toe in her stylish clothing range, the “Before He Cheats” singer wore marbled and printed leggings in light gray, also highlighting her super-toned shoulders via her black sports bra. Staying practical and gym-ready, the blonde donned workout gloves and a smartwatch.

“Fun times after Fit52,” Carrie road, adding #RockTheBoatChallenge and #alreadysweaty as she also joked #WhyDidntISmile.

Carrie, who has stated that her workouts are a form of self-care, quickly caught likes and comments, with fellow country music face and gym lover Jessie James Decker sending wave emoji. “Meanwhile I struggle through a single plank lol. But I have lost from 217 down to 181 this year, so I am doing something right,” one fan replied.

Promoting Fit52

Fit52 launched in March 2020, the same month Carrie released her Find Your Path diet and exercise book. The American Idol OG, now featuring 2010-married husband Mike Fisher in joint workouts on the app, spoke out ahead of the launch, stating:

“Fitness is a true passion for me. The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out.”

She added: “We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’m so proud of it.”

Carrie also continues to promote CALIA on her Instagram – six days ago and posing in ribbed leggings and a matching top, the star geared fans up for fall saying she was “taking some time to enjoy this fall weather.”
