Carrie Underwood is proving why she’s running a fitness empire – the sculpted workout body is seemingly as famous as the power voice, these days. Carrie, 38, has been busy working out to promote her 2020-launched Fit52 app, one that forms only one layer of the country singer’s empire as she continues to retail her CALIA by Carrie clothing line and sell copies of her Find Your Path diet and exercise book.

A new Instagram post shared by Fit52 has featured the “Cry Pretty” hit-maker, and it came with a stunning stretch, a power yoga mat workout and a little sheer spandex.

Showing Off Her Killer Workout Moves

Scroll for the video. Carrie is known for featuring both on the Fit52 app and in its promos. The mom of two, who has based her app on a deck of 52 cards – one for each week of the year – first appeared in an indoor setting and by a window. It was video mode as the “Before He Cheats” singer stunned in pastel pinks and whites from her best-selling CALIA range, with fans seeing her stretching a quad as she peeped hints of sneakers for a little warm-up.

Carrie, who was beautifully made up and with her long blonde hair in a ponytail, then ditched the girly outfit for something more pared-down – seen on a card and delivering climber toe taps, the American Idol winner wore an olive-colored tank, plus black spandex leggings boasting sheer leg panels.

Also included were the “frogger glute lifts” mentioned in a caption, one helping out beginners.

“Curious about fit52? Let’s do this! This is a free full-length, beginner workout. All you need is 45 minutes and a spot to sweat—no equipment necessary!” Fit52 told fans, then listing totally beginner-friendly exercises that can be done at home and cost nothing. The app itself, however, costs $7.99 a month, although there is a 14-day, no-obligation free trial period.

Fitness Is Her ‘Passion’

Shortly before Fit52 launched in March 2020, Carrie opened up on the app, saying: “Fitness is a true passion for me.”

“The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out,” she added. Referring to trainer Eve Overland, the star concluded: “We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’m so proud of it.”
