Carrie Underwood stuns in skimpy spandex with Monday motivation

Carrie Underwood‘s “Happy Monday” is bringing a skimpy rhinestone spandex look, and it’s showing off the 38-year-old’s mind-blowing workout body. Carrie, currently juggling her music career with both her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie clothing line and 2020-founded Fit52 app, has been busy impressing fans with her ripped figure this year, although it isn’t just the lake fishing bikini photos Carrie’s followers have been getting.

Posting right from the gym and via her own Instagram, Carrie stunned fans with a little workout action and some positive thoughts, and she shouted out both her brands for a little healthy promo.

The “Cry Pretty” singer, wearing her blonde hair in cute pigtails, sent out the peace sign as she posed with her shredded abs on show, wearing a white, blue and sparkly gym set formed of a sports bra and matching leggings.

Carrie’s golden tan and rock-hard abs took center stage, but it was more than just a photo as the country hit-maker told her followers to check out her app.

“Happy Monday! Kicking the week off with a @fit52 workout and a new @caliabycarrie pattern. #NewWeek #MondayMotivation #StayThePath,” the mom of two wrote.

Wording in the image, meanwhile, read: “Happy Monday, everybody! Feeling strong and ready for whatever comes my way this week!” The Fit52 logo was also clearly visible as Carrie gained likes and comments. More after the snap.

Fans Love Her

Carrie, who has come a long way since winning American Idol back in 2005, had the fans going wild as usual. “Natural beauty,” one user replied, with another saying: “My girl, I love you.” The post also gained over 34,000 likes.

Wants To ‘Listen To Her Body’

Carrie has opened up on her body image and workout mentality. In 2019 and while speaking to Shape, the star revealed:

“I want to listen to my body and do what I’m in the mood for. On different days, that means different things. I’m a bit of a seasonal workout person. If you think about it, in the winter, we’re all bundled up, and we all want to be warm, comfortable, there are a lot of holidays.”

“So, I’ll lift more and do less cardio then and make use of all those extra holiday food calories and build some muscle. In the summer, I want to feel lighter,” she added.
