Carrie Underwood is looking drop-dead gorgeous while mixing up her healthy summer salad bowl, and the killer body is on show. The 38-year-old country singer is fresh from appearing on her Fit 52 app’s Instagram – the workout app driving fans wild accompanies the blonde’s 2020-released “Find Your Path” diet and exercise book.

Carrie, who starved herself on just 800 calories per day after winning “American Idol” in 2005, is now a health queen, and the photo definitely showed the star looking her best. It also offered some handy tips for Fit52 followers – or for anyone who just fancies some wellness advice.

Carrie Underwood Stuns With Her Healthy Salad

Scroll for the photo. Carrie, who is a “wannabe vegan” and adores Ezekiel bread, vegan chicken stir-fries and smoothies, had been photographed prepping her salad and in a kitchen. The “Southbound” singer, focusing on her wooden bowl of goodness, sent out her gym-honed shoulders and arms while in a strappy white top, with the snap also seeing her rocking her trademark long locks worn down.

Unfussy and wearing only chunky bead bracelets for accessories, the mom of two looked downwards as a caption looked up. Fit52 told fans:

“Ditch the diet! Your path to wellness is about more than movement—what you eat plays a big role in the way you feel and the results you see.”

“Eat to nourish a stronger, healthier you.
🌱 There’s no such thing as good and bad foods.
🌱 Have healthy meals and snacks, prepared and on-hand.
🌱 Think long term—your health is a marathon, not a sprint,” it added.

Carrie’s fans, who have watched her deliver power workouts on the app, couldn’t agree more. “First time in my life I haven’t ‘dieted’. Feels amazing,” one wrote.

Carrie had, in 2020, admitted to her own disordered eating in the past as she detailed logging elliptical time, checking food labels obsessively and restricting her calories. This came after online message board trolls wrote “Carrie’s getting fat.” The CALIA by Carrie founder, having the last laugh, now runs a fitness empire with clothing, accessories, her book, plus her workout app.

Calling fitness a “true passion”, Carrie revealed: “The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out.” The savvy star also added that she really “knows” her customers – and she does. Carrie’s army of followers are also shopping CALIA, which ranked third after Nike and Under Armour at Dick’s Sporting Goods in 2016.
