The drama never stops for Erika Jayne. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been in the news the past year due to her divorce from husband Tom Girardi. After announcing their divorce in November 2020, the couple was hit with a lawsuit alleging they embezzled money from clients.
Jayne’s divorce and legal troubles have been a huge topic this season on RHOBH. In one scene, the star broke down as she discussed her ongoing problems. Yet, viewers questioned whether Erika’s mascara tears were real or if she was acting.
But it’s not fans who’ve begun to question Jayne’s sincerity.
Is Erika Jayne lying to her friends?
Season 11 of RHOBH has been explosive and it’s about to get more dramatic with Erika at the center of the latest controversy. In a new midseason trailer for the Bravo series, the 50-year-old former singer maintains her innocence in having nothing to do with the embezzlement scheme. However, the rest of the housewives wonder if she’s being honest.
Sutton Stracke is one of the castmates who calls Jayne out for her dishonesty, saying she feels they’re all being duped by Erika. Kyle Richards echoes Stracke’s sentiments explaining they deserve the truth.
Erika goes on the defensive
With her castmate appearing to turn her back on her, Erika gets defensive. After Stracke calls her out for lying, Jayne responds with “If you ever call me a liar again, I’m coming for you.” Towards the end of the trailer, Erika is left in tears at a dinner party as she tells her friends to look at what her life’s become.
Although the rest of the housewives are turning against Jayne, there’s one person who has her back. Garcelle Beauvais is sticking by her friend’s side as she deals with the turmoil. During an argument with the other women, Garcelle informs them she’s not going to turn on Jayne while she’s at rock bottom.
The second half of this season promises to be dramatic as the housewives are divided over Erika’s honesty.
