Kyle Richards saying goodbye to Beverly Hills for North Pole

Kyle Richards is trading the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the North Pole. Don’t worry fans, Richards is still part of the hit Bravo TV series. But she’s going to be bringing the drama to another town as part of a holiday movie. Richards’ new project is called The Real Housewives of The North Pole and is currently in production. The 52-year-old shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the set as seen below:

Joining Richards in the holiday flick is Breaking Bad star, Betsy Brandt. The premise of the story follows Richards and Brandt’s characters who live in a Vermont town called the North Pole. The two friends are known for their jovial holiday decorating, which has won them many competitions. Yet, this year their decorating partnership along with their friendship is put to the test.

Days before Christmas, the former friends become bitter rivals, which leads to the residents picking sides. As if that wasn’t enough, a reporter infiltrates the town hoping to dig up dirt on the women’s rivalry.

Much like RHOBH, the Real Housewives of the North Pole promises to be dramatic. So much chaos will Richards and Brandt cause in their feud?

Well, fans are going to have to wait. The film is set to premiere later this year on Peacock.

Kyle Richards journey from acting to reality television

Prior to her RHOBH fame, Richards was an actress just like her older sister Kim. At the age of five, Kyle landed a role on Little House on the Prairie. Her next big role would come in the 1978 Jamie Lee Curtis horror classic Halloween.

Throughout the decades, Kyle would continue acting, but in recent years she’s become known for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Although she’s busy with her roles as wife, mother, and reality star; Kyle hasn’t forgotten about her love of acting. Aside from her upcoming holiday film, she’s also reprising her role as Lindsey Wallace in Halloween Kills, scheduled for release in October.
