Britney Spears is hitting out at people “closest” to her who “never showed up” amid her high-profile conservatorship battle. The 39-year-old singer, who made history last week for finally saying #FreeBritney as she celebrated being allowed to choose her own lawyer, made it a cryptic and angry affair on her Instagram last night.

Posting for her 31.4 million followers, the “Toxic” singer criticized those who’ve let her down – the star’s post comes shortly after 30-year-old sister Jamie Lynn Spears and 66-year-old mom Lynne Spears shared messages of support.

Britney Spears Calls Out Unreliable Individuals

Britney’s Friday night post came as both text in an image and a caption. “Never forget who ignored you when you needed them and who helped you before you even had to ask,” the photo told fans.

Taking to her caption, the blonde effectively repeated the photo’s text, adding:

"“How dare the people you love the most say anything at all … did they even put a hand out to even lift me up at the TIME !!!??? How dare you make it public that NOW you CARE … did you put your hand out when I was drowning ????”"

Spears is now increasingly garnering assumptions that she is referring to both her mother and sister.

“Again … NO … so if you’re reading this and you know who you are … and you actually have the nerve to say anything about my situation just to save face for yourself publicly !!!” she continued. Former Nickelodeon star sister Jamie Lynn said she’d always loved Britney earlier this month – the actress then revealed she’d been getting death threats after coming out to support her sister.

Jamie Lynn had also defended herself regarding money – she’s been paying her own “freaking” bills since she was ten years old, she told fans, stating that she isn’t receiving any of Britney’s $59 million fortune.

“Please stop with the righteous approach when you’re so far from righteous it’s not even funny …. 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 and have a good day,” Britney closed.

The comments section is now pointing the finger at Britney’s sibling. “JAMIE LYNN IS SHAKING,” a hugely-popular comment reads. Others, meanwhile, went with a “cough” as they mentioned the Sweet Magnolias star’s name.

Spears remains under the grip of 69-year-old father Jamie Spears since her conservatorship began back in 2008. On June 23, she addressed a court judge for 24 minutes straight, revealing she’s been forced to keep in an IUD and made to take Lithium. She said she couldn’t “sleep.” Since then, she’s spoken again, saying she will press “charges” against her father for “conservatorship abuse.”
