Erika Jayne shares rare photo on 50th birthday

Erika Jayne has shared an incredibly rare photo to mark turning 50. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, whose largely skimpy Instagram updates were yesterday shaken up by something unusual, posted for her 2.3 million followers with an unexpected shot, one seeing the high-profile blonde as a young child and offering up an amusing caption to mark the milestone.

Erika, who continues to front media outlets for her divorce dramas as ex Tom Girardi’s embezzlement scandal rages on, shared an adorable baby snap of herself, one quickly bringing in comments from fans and co-stars alike.

See the photo below. Erika, who is approaching a quarter of a million likes for her photo, uploaded to show herself as an infant, and it wasn’t a smiley baby shot. Seen in a white nightie and cradling her cute little head in her hands, the Bravo star showed a redhead look, also striking a bit of a worried expression – precisely what the caption picked up on as she wrote: “Welp, I’m 50!” with a string of emoji.

The comments section has gone a little nuts. Co-star Lisa Rinna, 57, nearly tops comments with her “Happy 50th Birthday Thelma!” The Rinna Beauty founder didn’t gain as many likes as co-star Dorit Kemsley, though, who replied: “Happy 50th birthday E!”

Also commenting was 43-year-old actress January Jones as she simply wished Erika a “happy birthday” and added a red heart emoji. Similar wishes were left by Kyle Richards and Cynthia Bailey, with country singer Maren Morris also leaving a like.

The birthday vibe continued with a totally different snap shared just today, one showing the blonde’s dog snoozing on her bed and resting on a pillow bearing the Versace logo. “This is 50,” EJ wrote – 57-year-old Lisa was the fastest co-star to pick up on it, taking under 20 minutes to leave a like.

Erika, married to DJ Thomas Zizzo before her 2000-2020 marriage to former attorney Tom, continues to make divorce headlines as her ex makes legal ones. Late last year, she told Us Weekly she was ending her marriage, stating:

“This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserve. I request others give us that privacy as well.”
