Britney Spears is clapping back with full force over yesterday’s nude bath photo. The 39-year-old singer made headlines on Wednesday for sharing a sultry, all-skin bath-time photo for her 31.3 million Instagram followers, and she took a matter of hours to see the #FreeBritney movement throwing shade.

Britney, whose 2008-commenced conservatorship remains front-page news since her June 23 court appeal, saw fans alleging that her team is managing her Instagram – #FreeBritney continues to remain convinced that the “Toxic” singer has zero control over her social media, yesterday picking her apart as they claimed her back tattoos had vanished in the snap.

See the photo below. Spears, who has been making Hawaii vacation headlines since addressing a Los Angeles court judge last month, had posted a sensual shot. The Grammy winner posed back to the camera and with her killer back muscles on show, also peeping her bathroom as she stood by a bathtub.

Britney had only used emoji in her caption. The blonde’s followers, spotting every last detail, said this “isn’t Britney” as they took to the comments section, with many asking “where” her tattoos had gone.

On Thursday, Britney returned for an update, seemingly out to explain herself and defend the photo. The blonde shared a sassy middle finger photo of a woman super-imposed against a pale backdrop, where words read:

"“While you’re talking behind my back feel free to bend down and KISS MY *SS.”"

Taking to her caption, the superstar hit-maker wrote: “Ok so … I edited out my tattoo on my neck cause I wanted to see what it would look like clean 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … and yeah I like it better so while you guys are talking behind my back go ahead and kiss my *ss haters 😘🍑 !!!!!!”

Britney’s post today quickly gained a celebrity like from model Bella Hadid. The singer, recently backed by 30-year-old sister Jamie Lynn Spears, has also received support from former Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus, songstress Mariah Carey, and billionaire Elon Musk.

In late June, Britney spoke for 24 minutes straight as she detailed her take on the conservatorship seeing 68-year-old dad Jamie Spears control his daughter’s finances and many other parts of her life.

“I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized. You know, fake it till you make it. But now I’m telling you the truth, OK? I’m not happy. I can’t sleep. I’m so angry it’s insane. And I’m depressed. I cry every day,” she stated. Spears also said she’s been forced to perform against her will and made to keep in an IUD to prevent getting pregnant.
