Real Housewives of Dallas Season 5 might be over but the drama is continuing more so now than it did all season. The latest is from newcomer Tiffany Moon, who has given fans some mixed signals as to whether or not she’ll return to the show for a potential sixth season (if it’s even renewed).
Many would like to see Tiffany return, as she was a breakout in her first season. But it’s understandable why she would feel hesitant considering how much racism she tolerated throughout the season, the reunion and even now with targeted social media harassment.
In light of the recent racist remarks from her RHOD co-star Kameron Westcott, Tiffany seemed to indicate that she was done with the show by changing her Twitter and Instagram bio to suggest she was now a “previous” member of the show.
However, a few hours later, Tiffany changed it to say she was a cast member of RHOD Season 5, specifying the fifth season, potentially meaning it would be her only season. But if you look at her accounts now, it just says “Cast member .”
Reports suggest that Tiffany Moon is still a cast member, at least for now
Cheif Real Housewives correspondent Brice Sanders also tweeted an update about the situation, claiming that he had heard reports that Tiffany was NOT leaving RHOD, “at least not yet.”
Based on Sander’s reporting an additional article from ET Online, it sounds like there might be an ultimatum situation occurring behind the scenes. I would be surprised if both women came back next season.
Bravo needs to let Kameron, Brandi and Stephanie go, in my opinion. Potentially Kary, too, but definitely those three. They’ve overstayed their welcome, demonstrated racist behavior and Stephanie doesn’t even bring anything to show other than being Brandi’s friend. If the show were to move forward, I think it could only do so with a cast overhaul that casts around Tiffany and D’Andra Simmons.
