In the RHONY Season 13 trailer, Ramona Singer was caught putting her foot in her mouth yet again when she made an egregious comment about getting her “help” mixed up.
When you watch the trailer, you can hear Ramon saying that she gets her “help” wrong after mixing up the members of her house staff. Newcomer Eboni Williams overhears her comment and adds, “She said she gets her help wrong?”
Later on, Eboni tells Ramona that she found the comment a “little triggering.”
Well now in a new E! exclusive, Ramona is trying to clear the air ahead of the RHONY Season 13 premiere and make it known that she and Eboni don’t have any bad blood between them.
“It wasn’t ‘the help’…What I said was, ‘I cannot remember the names of my help. I can’t remember the names of the people who help me,” said the RHONY OG.
Oh, so Ramona wasn’t being racist, she just can’t be bothered to remember the names of the people she hires to work in her house. I guess that’s… better?
RHONY: Ramona Singer thinks Eboni fits in great with the cast
Ramona went on to say that Eboni educated her and “brought me up to speed” on her feelings regarding the words “the help,” ensuring that there isn’t any tension between them.
From there, the 64-year-old reality star went on to praise Eboni’s addition to the cast, saying that she pretty much “fit seamlessly from the get-go, not to say she didn’t have conflict with some of us or all of us. I love the fact that she makes a mean French martini. That’s one of my new favorite drinks.”
She even said that she and Eboni bonded “right away,” and were both “amazed” by how well they got along with each other.
"“She’s an independent woman who’s self-made, she put herself through college. So we have a lot of similarities that way and in other ways, but you’ll see on the show.”"
RHONY: Ramona Singer teases conflict between her and Leah McSweeney
While Ramona had nothing but kind things to say about the newest RHONY cast member, the same cannot be said entirely for returning housewife Leah McSweeney. Ramona teases that she and Leah will have some “intense conflict” in the new season.
“You’ll see there’s some conflict at times—some intense conflict—but basically she respects me, I respect her. We have some difference of opinion sometimes but I think we both understand where the other person is coming from,” Ramona revealed.
