Is this Real Housewives of Dallas darling actually as sweet as she is coming off, or is she a complete monster off-camera, typical of what we expect from our Real Housewives? From the very beginning of The Real Housewives of Dallas, we have fallen in love with Stephanie Hollman.
With her extreme wealth, genuine pleasantness, and her BFF relationship with fellow Dallas housewife Brandi Redmond, we have come to stan this housewife as a pleasure to watch. But is Stephanie as lovely as she appears on our TV screens?
We have come to expect that our housewives are not the finest folks on tv. In fact, many Bravo fanatics prefer our housewives to be complete monsters. The ultimate buzzworthy moments in housewives’ history are from the ladies’ despicable behavior and vile personality traits. Is Stephanie the exception to this, or is she being safeguarded?
Rumors began swirling at the start of the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Dallas about Stephanie’s edit. Fans speculated that she had inside family connections to the production company, Goodbye Pictures. The internet gossip alleged producers were purposely editing her to be as nice as possible. Could this be true?
Just because Stephanie appears as the heavenliest individual in a larger group of monstrosities doesn’t mean she is sheepish with her on-screen drama. She opened up about dealing with past mental health issues and living with depression. She was candid about her marital problems with husband Travis and had on-camera conflicts with BFF Brandi and past Dallas housewife LeeAnne Locken.
Does RHOD’s Stephanie Hollman get a good edit, or is she as nice as she seems?
It appears that Stephanie is, in fact, that nice of a person as she appears on-screen. We are following her as she starts up her own charity foundation this season on The Real Housewives of Dallas.
We have watched as Stephanie used her past connections as a social worker to help Brandi and her husband adopt a baby. Plus, her husband’s locker business, Hollman Inc., has routinely been the subject of feel-good Dallas local news segments about the company donating lockers to inner-city schools’ sports programs and providing all their employees with free college.
It is safe to say that this production/edit rumor is just that, a rumor. Stephanie is a different housewife than what we expect, a compassionate woman and a decent human but on and off Bravo.
But don’t worry, we have Kameron Westcott, D’Andra Simmons, and KaryBrittingham, who more than make up for Stephanie’s niceness with their collective Texas-sized awfulness.
Catch Stephanie Hollman on The Real Housewives of Dallas on Tuesdays at 9 PM ET on Bravo.
