The Real Housewives of Dallas is dealing with Kameron Westcott’s dislike for chicken feet and Tiffany Moon isn’t having any of it.

Kameron Westcott has always been out of touch on The Real Housewives of Dallas, but that’s kind of her thing on the show.  This season she seems to really be learning into her “I don’t know anything” schtick and it isn’t as cute as she thinks it is.  While it is Kary Brittingham’s birthday during this episode, Kam really stole the show.

Sometimes having a clueless housewife can be light and funny, but Kameron has been a housewife long enough to know that having a thought occasionally can be a good thing.  Kam is upset about Tiffany Moon forcing everyone to eat a chicken foot at dim sum when she was just trying to share her culture.  Both sides of this make sense, but Kameron’s reaction comes off a little insensitive to Tiffany’s culture.

“Saying that I don’t like chicken feet has nothing to do with China,” Kameron told the group.  I mean, that’s fine to say but it’s totally wrong.  Chicken feet as a dish has a lot to do with China, even if this is a stupid argument on the surface. “It has nothing to do with your culture, Tiffany.”   It just shows that Kameron doesn’t respect other cultures and looks down on them.  Tiffany isn’t out here talking down about pink dog food, which is arguably stupid in comparison.

Kameron just enjoys harping on a single situation for a storyline and she’s chosen chicken feet as her victim this season.  If she didn’t want to eat the chicken foot, simply move on.

This won’t be the last of the discussion this season, but we hope Tiffany continues to sticky up for herself with the group.  She handled the situation well and moved forward, but it’s clear Kameron didn’t want to do the same.  Let the mouse go, Kam!  Let the mouse go!

The Real Housewives of Dallas will be back Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 9 p.m. ET.
