Erika Jayne: Tom Girardi’s Pasadena home suspiciously burglarized

Erika Jayne is doing her best to distance herself from Tom Girardi and the court proceedings, but every day there seems to be a new update dragging her back into it.  While The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is no longer living in the Pasadena home with Tom, there have been a few updates recently.  Tom had 14 days from the beginning of the month to vacate the property so it can be sold off for the bankruptcy case. 

Yesterday, Elissa D. Miller, one of the chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees assigned to their case, noted that Tom was abandoning his 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560.  The value of this has not yet been determined.  And while all of this was going on, Tom is supposedly mentally incapacitated at home.  That same home was allegedly burglarized yesterday, according to Law360.

“Detectives don’t know what was stolen from the bankrupt trial attorney’s estate,” they told the publication.  Since Tom has to be out of the house so quickly, it’s possible we won’t know what was “stolen” anytime soon.

It is incredibly suspicious that the home has been burglarized just before it gets seized for the bankruptcy case, in addition to the fact that Tom is supposedly homebound due to his health issues.  Did he open the door and let them in?  What was stolen?  Just Erika’s Birkin bags and the $186,000 Panthère de Cartier ring?

Was Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s husband responsible for their security system?  How do the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have so many suspicious burglaries right when they start having financial issues?  Maybe Erika is going to blame some random psychic in Pasadena next week like Kyle Richards did.  It’s a Beverly Hills thing, babe!

If Tom Girardi didn’t have pretend amnesia before, he’s definitely going to have it now.  The judge on this case must be rolling his eyes with all of this.
